Hempcrete Building Workshops by Steve Allin: A Great Success

Steve Allin's Hempcrete building workshops in Sydney and Maleny Qld were a great success.

Over 40 participants enjoyed the information and hands on experience building with hemp.

All were inspired by the diverse applications of hempcrete and now know where to acquire binders, shiv and the mixing equipment they need to build new money saving, energy friendly, healthy homes and renovations.

The Triangle project
Work has started on site at The Triangle in Swindon, Britain, a project that will see the construction of 42 new homes designed to meet Level 4 of the Code for Sustainable Homes, with the potential to upgrade to carbon zero status.  The homes, being delivered by Hab Oakus, the joint venture between Kevin McCloud’s company Hab and housing group GreenSquare, are being built using Tradical® Hemcrete®.
